Chief Administrative Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

The Chief Administrative Officer:

  • Directs the Administration of all Town Departments through the respective Department Heads;
  • Initiates, develops, and recommends bylaws, policies and procedures for Council’s approval;
  • Develops and submits the annual operating and capital budgets to Town Council for approval;
  • Ensures that the decisions of Council are implemented.
