Utility Customer Services & Billing
Overview
The Town of High Level provides customer and billing services for water, sewer, and garbage. This includes:
- processing requests for new meter install work orders;
- processing requests for connection and disconnection;
- preparing and issuing utility bills;
- monitoring consumption and responding to customer inquiries;
- setting up customers for pre-authorized payments; and
- collecting outstanding utility accounts.

Water and Sewer
All metered properties are charged a monthly water distribution fee, a monthly sewer collection fee, and consumption based on usage.
The Town’s water and sewer systems are self-supported utilities. No tax revenue is used to subsidize operation of the water and sewer systems.
Waste Collection
All residential properties receiving waste collection services are charged one fixed monthly fee. The fee is charged each month, whether or not the service is used in any particular month.
The waste collection fee includes the contract fee charged weekly for garbage pickup on Thursdays and the (one) monthly voucher to bring up to a maximum of (250 kilograms) to the landfill.
The weight of any garbage over the 250 kilograms will be paid by the user. The monthly fee does not include white goods drop off.

Please bring your payment to the Town Hall (10511 – 103 Street) front reception desk. These services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Payment is accepted via direct deposit, credit card, cheque, or cash.
Town Hall Drop Box
The Town’s drop box is located at the west administration entrance.
Online/Telephone Banking
The account number is located on the bottom right hand side of the yellow portion of your bill. Ensure that you enter the eight digits without the decimal.
Pre-Authorized Payments
Pre-authorized payments are a simple, secure, and convenient way to pay your monthly property taxes. Please fill out an application form below and submit to the Finance Department.
