Description of Organization:
- We provide adequate and affordable housing for low income families.
- We operate White Spruce Village Complex for seniors.
- We have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units.
- Units are assigned based on family size, not preference.
- Family size determines maximum income before a family would no longer qualify. For example a family qualifying for a two bedroom unit could earn up to $41,000/year, and a 4 bedroom family could earn up to $52,000.00/yr.
